Our team strives to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Returned Shipments:
In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to obtain the correct information. Additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damage During Shipping:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged package and products to process a return or replacement.
